This subsidized set of Community Use hire charges is for certain Charities, Local Community Groups non-profit making organizations, and children’s parties.
Under exceptional circumstances, for example fund raising for a national disaster, we may be prepared to reduce our rates even further, please ask.
These charges apply for events in 2020 to 2023 that are booked up over the period 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
Please note that:
- hire periods must include your setting up and clearing down time.
- payment must be received prior to your event,
- if you cancel, charges will apply.

The price for your hire is calculated as:
Per hire charge + First hour charge (=normal hour charge if not specified) + remaining hours at normal hour charge.
for each item.
